1) Intended Use and Scope
The Product is designed to:
-Detect motion near the device (for example, near a bag, suitcase, or door area) and send alerts to your smartphone, and
-Support location sharing through the app when network conditions allow.
The Product is intended for awareness and convenience. It is not designed to provide continuous monitoring, real-time tracking, emergency rescue, or theft prevention, and it does not guarantee those outcomes.
2) Not a Safety, Security, or Medical Device
-Theft Mode and Intrusion Mode may alert you to unusual movement, but they cannot fully prevent theft, intrusion, or physical harm.
-The Product does not physically block access to your belongings or a room. It only detects motion and sends alerts.
-The Product is not a certified life-safety device, home security system, emergency response device, or medical device.
-The manufacturer and distributor do not guarantee personal safety, injury prevention, theft prevention, property protection, or recovery of lost/stolen items.
3) Emergencies
-Always use your own judgment and stay aware of your surroundings.
-In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency services) immediately.
-The Product does not automatically call 911, contact emergency services, or dispatch rescue assistance.
4) Connectivity and Performance Limitations (Phone / Bluetooth / App / Network)
Alerts and location-related features do not work on the tracker by itself.
Performance depends heavily on:
-Your smartphone power and settings
-Bluetooth connection status and distance
-App permissions and background operation
-Internet/network availability (Wi-Fi/cellular)
-Surroundings (walls/doors/metal surfaces/interference/crowded areas)
Because of these factors, you may experience:
-Delayed, intermittent, incomplete, or missing alerts and updates
-Performance differences by phone model, OS version, settings, and environment
-False alerts (unnecessary notifications) or missed alerts (no notification)
No real-time guarantee / “Last known” information
-Location and status information may not update in real time and may display only a last known status depending on conditions.
-Update frequency can vary based on connectivity, phone settings, and OS policies.
GPS clarification
-The Product does not contain built-in GPS. Location functions depend on the smartphone and network environment.
Data/roaming charges
-Using the app and location sharing may consume data. Carrier charges (including roaming fees when traveling) are your responsibility.
5) App Compatibility and Minimum Requirements
Compatibility depends on the smartphone model and OS version. Minimum supported versions may change with OS and app updates. For the latest requirements, check the App Store / Google Play listing or contact customer support.
Current minimum supported versions (as of the date this guide was published):
-Android: 5.0 (Lollipop) or later
-iOS: 15.0 or laterNote: Some features may behave differently or perform differently depending on your device and OS.
6) iOS Background Operation & Permission Limits (Important)
On iOS, background operation may be limited by Apple’s OS policies and your settings, such as:
-Low Power Mode / battery-saving settings
-Focus / Do Not Disturb
-Background App Refresh
-Location permission level
-Notification settings
-Bluetooth permission settings
For more reliable use:
-Allow Bluetooth, Location, and Notifications, and review settings that may restrict background activity.
-Avoid aggressive battery-saving settings when you need timely alerts.
Important:
-If the connection drops, you may need to open the app to reconnect manually.
-Delays or missed alerts caused by OS restrictions or user settings may not indicate a product defect.
-Feature behavior may change due to OS updates, app updates, carrier/network changes, or device manufacturer policies.
7) Bluetooth Range, Interference, and Crowded Environments
Bluetooth performance is sensitive to the environment:
-In high-interference areas (public spaces, transit hubs, event venues, dense urban areas), connection stability may degrade.
-Range and signal quality may vary with obstacles (walls/doors/metal surfaces), nearby wireless devices, and crowd density.
-Using multiple Bluetooth devices at once may reduce performance depending on your phone and OS.
No specific operating distance or range is guaranteed.
8) Water, Moisture, Heat, and Physical Damage
-The Product is not water-resistant. Water, moisture, or condensation may cause malfunction or permanent damage.
-Do not expose the Product to excessive heat, open flames, or fire.
-Avoid strong impacts, crushing, bending, puncturing, or repeated drops.
-If the Product becomes unusually hot, deforms, smells unusual, or stops working normally, stop using it immediately and contact customer support.
9) Adhesive Hook-and-Loop Fastener Mounting (Velcro-style) — Surface & Finish Damage Warning
The included hook-and-loop mounting pad may have an adhesive backing. Depending on the surface, removal may leave residue or cause discoloration, paint/coating damage, peeling, or other surface damage.
-Do not mount the Product on property you do not own (for example, hotel doors, rental units, public facilities, or someone else’s belongings).
-Use extra caution on painted or coated doors/door frames, wallpaper, leather, electronics with delicate finishes, and other delicate finishes.
Spot test before final placement :
-Before final placement, apply the mounting pad to a less visible area for a short time, then remove it to check for potential surface damage.
-Results vary based on surface condition (age, dirt/oils, coatings) and environment (temperature/humidity).
To the extent permitted by law, you’re responsible for selecting the mounting location and for any surface damage related to mounting or removal.
Mounting strength varies by surface and environment and may weaken over time. Periodically check the attachment, and avoid mounting where the Product could fall and cause injury or damage.
10) Battery Requirement & Coin Cell Safety (CR2032, Not Included)
The Product requires a CR2032 coin cell battery (not included). Use only a genuine battery from a trusted brand and follow the user guide for insertion and replacement.
Serious hazard: coin cell batteries.
Coin cell batteries can cause severe injury or death if swallowed or inserted into the body.
-Keep new and used batteries away from children and pets.
-Do not leave loose batteries where they can be easily reached.
-Make sure the battery compartment is fully closed and secured before use.
-After replacing the battery, immediately collect and dispose of packaging and small parts safely.
If ingestion or insertion is suspected:
-Seek immediate medical attention and call 911.
Battery handling:
-Do not attempt to recharge coin cell batteries.
-Do not short-circuit, crush, puncture, disassemble, or expose batteries to fire/high heat.
-Do not force the battery compartment open using metal tools.
If you notice leaking, swelling, overheating, deformation, or unusual odor, stop using the Product and contact customer support.
11) Small Parts (Choking Hazard) / Age Guidance / Adult Supervision
Choking hazard: This Product contains small parts that may pose a choking risk.Keep the Product and accessories away from children and pets.
-Not for children under 3 years (choking hazard).
-This is not a toy.
-Users under 14 should use the Product only with adult supervision.
-We recommend that an adult handles or supervises app setup (permissions for Bluetooth/Location/Notifications) and battery replacement.
Inspection
-Check before and after use for loose, broken, or detached parts.
-If any small part comes loose, stop using the Product. Keep the loose part out of reach of children and pets, and dispose of it safely.
12) Safe Use (Do Not Use in a Distracting Way)
Do not use the Product or the app in a way that distracts you while driving, cycling, riding a scooter, or walking near traffic. Your real-world safety comes first.
13) Prohibited Use (No Stalking / Unlawful Tracking)
The Product is intended for item awareness and convenience. It is not designed to track people.
-Do not use the Product to track, surveil, stalk, harass, or monitor anyone without their knowledge and consent.
-You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.
-To the extent permitted by law, the manufacturer and distributor are not responsible for legal issues arising from unlawful use.
14) If You Suspect Unwanted Tracking or Unauthorized Placement
If you suspect someone placed a tracker on you, your belongings, or your vehicle without permission:
-Check bags, belongings, and vehicles for unknown devices.
-If found, move to a safe location and secure the device. If possible, disable it (for example, by removing the battery).
-If your phone or OS provides “unknown tracker” alerts or scanning features, use them (availability varies by device/OS/app).
-If you feel threatened or suspect a crime, call 911 and contact local law enforcement.
15) Keyring / Attachment Accessories — User Responsibility
Depending on the package, the Product may include attachment accessories (such as a twist-open connector).
-Attachment method and use are the user’s responsibility.
-Accessories may loosen or detach depending on use, direction of force, and environment, which could result in loss or damage.
-To the extent permitted by law, the manufacturer and distributor are not responsible for loss or damage caused by accessory detachment.
